Simple and Effective Ways to get rid of Black Knees and Elbow

Knee and Elbow Packs

Gram Flour and Milk Pack

Prepare a paste of gram flour and milk. Apply gently and massage for about 15 minutes. Allow it to dry and wash off with water.

Almond and Milk Pack

Prepare a paste using almond and milk. Use it every day for best results.

Hydrogen Peroxide

Dip cotton in Hydrogen Peroxide and spread it evenly on the affected area. Wash it after 10 minutes. Moisturize the skin immediately after using Hydrogen peroxide.

Orange Peel and Honey Pack

Grind dried orange peel into fine powder. Add honey to it and make a fine paste.  Massage on the skin in circular motion and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse it off.

Sandalwood Powder and Rose Water Pack

Prepare a paste of sandalwood powder and rose water in required proportions. Apply on skin, allow it to dry and rinse it off.

Vinegar and Curd Pack

Blend Vinegar and curd in equal proportions. Massage the mixture on knees and elbows and wash after 10 minutes.

Lemon Juice Pack

Daily rub lemon juice to your knees and elbows and wash it with warm water.
