Here’s what you need to do:

Before the Asanas:

Don’t have any food, liquid or supplement for about 45 minutes prior to practicing asanas. Also wait for about 45 minutes after the asana.

Beauty Enhancing Gomukhasana

If you are looking for flawless skin and prepare skin fight against polluted environment, this asana is the perfect choice. It gives you adept protection against pollution and adds to a glow that you always wanted.

Step 1: Make sure the surface is flat and the face is not in the north direction.

Step 2: Sit straight on a yoga mat and stretch your leg in front of you.

Step 3: Bend your both legs towards your buttocks and sit on it.

Step 4: Spread right leg in front of you. Bend it and keep left leg on it in a way that the tip of left and right legs knee remain one on one.

Step 5: The right foot should touch the ground.

Step 6: Spread both arms with their own direction and gradually take it towards the sky.

Step 7: Take left hand towards your back and allow the nail of left hand finger meet the joint of neck and body.

Step 8: Bend right hand towards back in a way that it touches left hand.

Step 9: Lock fingers of both hands.

Step 10: Keep eyes open and look at only one direction.

Step 11: Breath normally.

Step 12: Remain in this position for about 20-25 seconds.

Step 13: Slowly unlock fingers and spread hands in their direction.

Step 14: Change the direction of hand. This means your right hand needs to be on your back and the left should touch your right hand in a manner to lock the fingers.

Step 15: Remain in this position for about 20-25 seconds.

Step 16: Change the direction of your legs. This should be in a manner that the left leg is above right leg.

Step 16: Remain in this position for about 20-25 seconds.

Step 17: Practise Gomukhasana for about 5-10 minutes. Keep changing the direction of legs and hands.

Precautions:

  • Sleep or rest for half an hour after practicing yoga.
  • Strictly avoid speaking or listening to anything while practicing yoga.
  • Keep your body loose.

Beauty Enhancing Halasana

This is known to be one of the most beneficial yoga for enhancing beauty. It cures pimples and small pustule. Halsana works towards improving and growing beauty. Step 1: Sleep with the help of back. Cling the ankles and toes together.

Step 2: Keep your hands on sides. Make sure the palm touches the ground.

Step 3: Take a deep breath and straighten your legs towards sky. Create a 90 degree angle and bend it over your head. The leg should touch the ground.

Step 4: Stay in the position for a while.

Step 5: Now exhale and reverse your leg to touch the earth.

Step 6: The foot should touch the earth.

Step 7: Keep hand over leg.

Step 8: Practice twice initially.
