Standing Triceps Kickback

This is a wonderful exercise for sculpted upper arms and tight underarms. Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Stand and place your feet shoulder width apart.

Step 2: Bend your knees slightly.

Step 3: Using 1 kg dumbbell in your right hand, put your left foot forward.

Step 4: You need to bend your waist at an angle of 45-degree.

Step 5: Place your left palm on a chair and balance yourself.

Step 6: Extend your elbows to straighten your right arm.

Step 7: Hold on to the position for about 1-2 seconds.

Step 8: Lower your right arm and get back to the initial position.

Step 9: Repeat the movements on the other side.

Step 10: Repeat about 15 times on each arm.

Tricep Underarm Tightener

This is an amazing exercise that provides a good stretch to your underarm and helps you get desired effect in no time. Here’s how you do it at home:

Step 1: Stand with your arms straight out at your sides.

Step 2: Rotate your hands in a fashion that thumbs point right behind you.

Step 3: Make sure not to tense your shoulders.

Step 4: Draw your arms behind you in a way that the thumbs point to one another.

Step 5: Raise your arms high.

Step 6: Bend your knees slightly and lean forward about 30 degrees.

Step 7: Using small movement, bring your arms one or two inches closer.

Step 8: Relax.

Step 9: Repeat at least 100 of these small movements.

Triceps Underarm Stretch

This is a simple exercise that helps you get tighter, attractive underarms.

Step 1: Take 1 kg dumbbell in your right hand.

Step 2: Extend the right arm and straighten it in front of you.

Step 3: Bring the dumbbell slowly towards your right shoulder via bending your elbow.

Step 4: Now take right arm past your head.

Step 5: Hold the arm in the position for about 15-20 seconds.

Step 6: Repeat this triceps underarm stretch on the opposite side as well.

Step 7: Perform this exercise for about 10 minutes for both the arms.

Triceps Underarm Extension

This is an amazing exercise that can be done at an intermediate level using dumbbells. It helps you tone and strengthen upper arms muscle. It also helps in reducing sagging and flabby underarm skin.

Step 1: Lie on the weight bench.

Step 2: Keep your back straight and hold a light weighted dumbbell in your right hand.

Step 3: Extend your right arm slowly towards the ceiling.

Step 4: Keep the arm straight with elbows over head.

Step 5: Lower your forearm slowly from behind your upper arm. You need to do this via flexing your elbows at an angle of 90-degrees.

Step 6:  Raise the dumbbells via extending elbows overhead.

Step 7: Now return to initial position.

Step 8: Repeat this exercise for 15 times for better results.
