Most of the nutritionists recommend eggs for their nutrients. But in contrast to what most health conscious people believe, most of the nutrients of eggs are found in the yolk. Hence, it not wise to throw it away!

The media has continually linked eggs to high cholesterol. Some of the health articles in magazines have also mentioned the association of egg yolk with heart diseases. However, scientists are disputing the assumptions. In fact, they have come up with solid evidence.

According to a study released by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, “there is NO link between eggs and increased risk of stroke, heart attack, or other diseases.”

“Eating eggs may help prevent blood clots and decrease your risk of heart disease”, says Harvard School of Public Health.

The studies have supported the fact that eating two eggs on a daily basis will not impact your health negatively. The diet will not increase bad cholesterol levels. The reason is that whole eggs are very low in saturated fat, major ingredient that raises LDL (bad) cholesterol.

Vitamin D Rich Yolks Promotes Reverse Aging

Eggs are a wonderful ingredient for your health. Eggs are widely used in cosmetics. Rich in vitamin A and copper, eggs are good for hair and skin. It enhances ability of body to fight acne, and repair damaged skin cells. It also helps in producing new cells.
