- Raw grated papaya without seeds – 1
- Chopped green chillies – 2-3
- Cummin seeds – 1 tsp
- Coriender leaves – a handful
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Amuchur (mango powder) – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1 tsp
- Wheat aata (flour) – 2-3 cups
Step 1: Grate papaya.
Step 1: Remove excess water from it.
Step 1: Add green chopped chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala, aamchur or chat masala.
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients and prepare a mixture.
Step 1: Add salt as required.
Step 1: Prepare small balls.
Step 1: Now prepare dough from wheat flour.
Step 1: Stuff the ball in small about of rolled flour dough.
Step 1: Prepare paratha.
Step 1: Roast on tava with minimum oil or ghee.
