Ingredients Required

  • Raw grated papaya without seeds – 1
  • Chopped green chillies – 2-3
  • Cummin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Coriender leaves – a handful
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Amuchur (mango powder) – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • Wheat aata (flour) – 2-3 cups

Preparation Method

Step 1: Grate papaya.

Step 1: Remove excess water from it.

Step 1: Add green chopped chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala, aamchur or chat masala.

Step 1: Mix all the ingredients and prepare a mixture.
