Use your mobile phone only for short calls or SMS. The idea is to reduce the emission of radio frequency of your head.
Brazil nuts are a fabulous source of selenium. The antioxidant reduces the risk of bladder cancer in women.
Visit a Doctor
Women with high breast density should indulge in physical exercises regularly. Also visiting a doctor for regular check up is important.
Choose specific clothes when you leave the house. You need to focus on blocking sunlight with dark coloured clothes. Light coloured clothes don’t provide sun protection.
