You can also include high-quality purified fish-oil supplements into your daily diet in order to slow down cancer cell growth.
For maximum effect, you must have a seafood-based meal twice or thrice a week. Try choosing smaller fish such as mackerel, anchovies, small mackerel, and sardines. Canned sardines are available easily on the market these days. Make sure that these are preserved in olive oil and not in sunflower oil. Smaller fish are known to contain fewer environmental toxins such as mercury and PCBs.
Wild salmon is a wonderful source of omega-3 fats. If possible, choose fresh fish over frozen as the omega-3 content degrades with time.
