Simple and Effective Ways to get Rid of Throat Mucus

Phlegm, also commonly referred to as mucus is thick jelly like fluid from throat cough. This can be quite disturbing for the individual. However, mucus is an integral part of body. It is natural immune response that facilitates the body eliminate foreign invaders. The mucus is excreted from the body through coughing and sneezing. It is important to blow your nose frequently. This will prevent mucus from draining into your throat.

Gargle
