Aloe Vera Juice
Aloe vera is rich in mucilaginous polysaccharides. It is known to have a significant result on lightening the dark spots. Almond and Honey
Prepare a face pack from almond powder and honey. Apply in on the entire face and allow it to rest for 15 minutes. Wash it with warm water.
Sun dry fresh orange peels and powder it finely in a blender. Mix a small quantity in milk and apply it on face. Wash it after 30 minutes. This is known to be a very good skin exfoliator. It works towards lightening skin discoloration.
Warm Milk and Turmeric
Use 5 tablespoons of turmeric powder mixed with 10 tablespoons of milk. Apply it all over the face. Give a warm massage for 20 minutes and wash it off with warm water.
Apply fresh lemon juice on face. Give a gentle massage followed by warm water wash after 10 minutes.
Tulsi (Holy basil)
Make a paste of Tulsi with water and apply it on face. Allow it to dry for 15 minutes and wash off with warm water.
Finely chop up an onion, or blend it, and squeeze the juice through a cheese cloth. Now mix with an equal part of apple cider vinegar. Apply this mixture twice daily using a cotton ball. You will get results in some weeks.
Dilute vinegar equally with water. Now use the mixture to cleanse and rinse your face. Allow to air dry to seal in moisture. Vinegar is chemically acetic acid. Hence, it is capable of whitening and brightening. It will also make your skin smoother and more radiant. It has also long been used as a skin softener. Apple cider vinegars are best recommended for face.
You must avoid exercising in hot weather and consistent exposure to sun. Also avoid having birth control pills and long time hormonal therapies.
