Pukish feeling is commonly termed as nausea. It is a sensation in which the patient feels uneasiness especially in the upper part of the stomach followed by an urge to vomit. This urge comes reluctantly.

Also try and include more bland and light foods in your diet such as fresh fruits, whole grains and vegetables. Fast relief can be obtained with ginger tea, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice with grated ginger, and mint juice with honey.
