This is a commonly misunderstood subject.. people think that the amount of calories you intake is based on the amount of food you ate.. this is not true.. because a few pieces of chocolates can have more calories than a plate of salad greens.. i agree on what the article says, eat in small portions.. 4-5 times a day... and drink plenty of water.. thats what i do..
