Exercises to lose weight – The workout regime to rely on

There are two types of exercises that can be ideally adopted to lose weight; aerobic and strength training.
Aerobic exercise works towards burning fat calories while you are exercising. Strength training works towards losing weight and enhance the speed of your metabolic rate or RMR. RMR is usually the number of calories your body tends to burn while you are at rest. This tends to increase with the muscles in your body as it takes a hell lot of energy to maintain muscles than it takes to maintain fat. Strength training exercises are a healthier way to lose weight.

a) Tip one – Squats:
Your buttocks and leg muscles are known to be the largest muscles in your body. Stand in front of the mirror and put your feet a shoulder width while facing forward. Now squat down and up for about 10-20 times. This has to be done for about 2 to 3 sets. This will facilitate building your buttock and leg muscles. When building strength, you must hold about 2 or 5 pound dumbbells in your hands while you work out. Make sure that your warm up with cardio exercises first.
b)Tip two – Push ups:
These are a type of strength training. While doing a pushup, your arms need to support almost seventy percent of your total body weight. Doing 2 to 3 sets of at least twenty pushups will develop strength in arm and also enhance your RMR.
c)Tip three – Jumping Jacks:
These are known to be excellent way to workout the whole body. This is important to do at least 4 to 5 sets of 20 jumping jacks.
d)Tip four – Fast walking:
Walking is considered to be the best aerobic exercise. It burns the fat in a better and faster way. However, it is very important to stretch prior to going for a fast walk. Stretching and regular walking would be great for warming your body up. Once you catch up the speed, you need to maintain it as far as possible. You may stop at intervals or follow shorter periods of slower walking.

You can get these in many forms such as overhand grip, underhand grip, narrow grip, wide grip, straight bar or various handles. These are ideal for working out various parts of the back. You may also use weight belt in case, you are strong enough to carry out more than about twelve reps strictly.
