Your tight and busy schedule shouldn’t be an excuse for avoiding exercise, as there is hardly anything that can’t be done to make you healthy. To stay fit and healthy you literally don’t need to go to gym or health club to engage yourself in heavy exercises and weight lifting. There are many exercise programs and techniques that you can do almost anywhere like in your office, on the road and even in your car when you stuck at traffic jam while on the way to home or office.

There are many small stretching and walking exercises that can keep you healthy and fit, like aerobics, dancing, bending, breathing and using stairs instead of lifts and elevators to reach at your office.

You can park your car a few hundred meters away from your office at a safe place like paid parking etc. Aerobics and brisk walking can do wonders as they may help you burn enough calories to reduce fat and they also improve your stamina and breathing. Various research studies show that aerobics and brisk walking can burn as much as 5 calories per minutes and they are much better than pumping iron, putting heavy weights at gyms and doing heavy exercises like push ups and pull ups.

Brisk walking while moving from your cabin to conference room or while going upstairs can burn enough calories. This at one hand helps you stay fit, while on other would also help improve your image as an active person in your office. While walking briskly always try to wear that thousand million dollar smile on your face that would add further charm to your existing personality. Remember everyone likes to see a brilliant and charming face.

Moreover, while in your cabin instead of sitting in just one posture throughout the day it is recommended that you should do some head rotating, bending and stretching after every 30 minutes or so. A simple stretching of your arms, wrists, legs, and neck can remove a lot of tension between your muscles. They help improve blood circulation, reduce tension in muscles, and help breath you properly.

However, while doing bending and stretching exercises in your office, you should take care of other people as well, as it may distract their concentration and alertness. Moreover, to get rid of sweating odor you must have some good quality body deodorant or talcum powder otherwise you may smell like a fish in your office. Happy exercising!
