Here are some top Indian foods that help you lose weight easily and quickly:

Green Gram or Moong Dal

This daal is rich in Vitamin A, B, C and E. In fact, it is also rich in many minerals including iron, calcium, and potassium. It is usually advised by dieticians to replace fatty/oily foods with Moon dal as it is a weight loss food. Additionally, it is rich in proteins and fibre. Hence, one feels fuller after consuming a bowl of dal for a long time. This also helps in curbing your cravings. Though we do not consider water as food but water is one of the best thing in losing weight. Food is the main reason why we gain weight, that's the reason why we must choose the right food to eat, we should at least avoid those sweet and fatty foods. There are a lot of food we can consider.

Usually I use low fat yoghurt and green gram in my diets. But other Indian foods in your list are new to me. I will try those as well. Thanks a lot.

no albirt i feel like you are wrong because many Indian foods are very good for a good health it is not healthy all the time just try the dishes which writer sujjested than i feel your view towards the Indian will be changed.

i thought very few dishes are thier in indian food that contains low fat, otherwise i herad that indian foods are very heavy and oily.
