Chew Gum

As long as you are in a caloric deficit you can, but please ditch those god awful unhealthy whole grains unless your aim is to be fat and sick.

Fantastic advice. The only one I disagree with it the sugar-free gum. Aspartame or Nutrasweet can add lbs and cause migraine headaches.

yes that is possible, you can loose weight without dieting but must will be do everyday exercise and walk than after you feel good health.
