Can I lose weight without dieting? This is one question that always disturbed me. And I tried to eat and lose weight but failed. I also tried dieting and lose weight, but it robbed by skin off its natural glow and charm. So what should be done?
Seeking the answer for this ambiguous question, I visited a gym near my locality. Luckily, I met with a dietician who introduced some fantastic tips to lose weight without dieting! Here are few tips I would like to share. I have been following these tips and have lost 7 kgs without losing the charm and glow on my face!
Ever thought of timing your meals? Well, I tried this and the results were awesome. You just need to set a timer for about 20 minutes and reinvent yourself as a slow eater. You must cultivate this habit to slim down without following a complicated diet plan. This way, you can savour each bite and make the meal last within the time slotted. Paced meals are known to offer pleasure and trigger fullness hormones of the body.
Eat more Veg
Try serving about 3 vegetables with dinner. You’ll eat more. And eating more fruit and vegetables is a fabulous way to lose weight. Since these food articles consist of fibre and water, they will fill you up without added calories.
You need to focus on sleeping an extra hour a night. This is important as it helps one lose about 6 kilos in a year. I didn’t believe this until the dietician introduced me with a research conducted by a university researcher who proved that sleep replaces idle activities and even mindless snacking!
Why not add a broth-based soup to your day meal? This is a great way to fill yourself up with fewer calories. The Chinese won-ton is the best example. Soups curb your appetite.
