Bedroom Yoga for Better Sex – Experience the Yogasm

The Plank

Step 1: Lie face down on the floor (push up pose).

Step 2: Stay on the balls of your feet, inhale deeply.

Step 3: Exhale as you push up until your arms are straight.

Step 4: Try to lengthen your body as far as possible. Focus on keeping it as straight as a plank.

Step 5: Hold on to the position for 30 seconds.

Let your Hair Down

Step 1: Get on your hands and knees.

Step 2: Lower your butt to your heels.

Step 3: Put your head on the floor.

Step 4: Allow your arms rest alongside your body. The palms (near your feet) should face the ceiling.

Step 5: Breathe deeply and press the stomach against your thighs.

Step 6: Hold on to the position for a minute.

The pose will loosen the back and open the hips. It also increases pelvic blood flow, and relaxes the brain.

Upward Dog

Step 1: Lie face down on the floor (push up pose).

Step 2: Balance on the tops of your feet.

Step 3: Straighten your arms.

Step 4: Arch your back and push the torso up.

Step 5: Only the palms of your hands and the tops of your feet should touch the mat.

Step 6: Hold on to the position for 30 seconds.

The pose enhances flow of blood to sexual core. It also improves lower-back flexibility, and develops strength in wrist, arm, and abdominal strength.
