The Age Revering Yoga Poses
Step 1: Take a deep breath through your nose.
Step 2: With firm fists of both hands, clinch all of your facial muscles.
Step 3: Exhale forcefully through your mouth.
Step 4: Extend your tongue outward.
Step 5: Stretch the tongue towards your chin with rolling of your eyes looking up.
Step 6: Release hands, and relax your face.
Step 7: Repeat at least three times for desired results.
Jaw stretch releases tension in facial muscles and tones up the neck muscles.
Step 1: Sit relaxed with closed eyes.
Step 2: Focus on a point in between the eyebrows.
Step 3: Remain in this position for few minutes for good effects.
It helps to strengthen your eye muscles.
Step 1: Press tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
Step 2: Try to swallow.
Step 3: Tilt your head on a left side.
Step 4: Try to swallow.
Step 5: Repeat the same procedure on right side.
The exercise helps preventing formation of jowls.
Smiling with Purse Lips
Step 1: Purse your lips with bringing corners of mouth together.
Step 2: Smile for few seconds, relax and release.
The exercise provides effective toning to the muscles around your mouth.
Step 1: Pronounce each vowel loudly for at least five seconds by using as many facial muscles as possible.
